WHAT LEVEL OF RUNNER IS APOLLO COACHING FOR?

Apollo Running is for runners of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced athletes chasing PBs. Whether you're running your first 5K or training for a marathon, we’ve got a plan for you.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COACHING PLANS?

Kickstart Plan: A one-time 6+ week beginner plan (no check-ins or app access).

Progression Plan: A monthly personalised plan delivered via TrainingPeaks.

1-to-1 Coaching: Fully customised support, weekly updates, and direct contact with Ross.

WHO IS ROSS SKELTON?

Ross is an elite runner, qualified coach, and founder of Apollo Running. He’s represented England internationally and trained alongside world-class athletes, including sessions in Kenya with Mo Farah.

DO I NEED TO USE THE TRAINING PEAKS APP?

Only the Progression and 1-to-1 Coaching plans use TrainingPeaks. The Kickstart Plan is a simple downloadable program.

HOW DO CHECK-INS WORK WITH 1-1 COACHING?

You’ll have regular check-ins with Ross to review progress, adjust your plan, and get support. You’ll also have access to private messaging for ongoing questions.

CAN I SWITCH PLANS LATER?

Yes! You can upgrade or change your plan at any time depending on your needs and goals.

IS THERE A COMMUNITY I CAN JOIN?

Yes! All Apollo runners are invited to our private Facebook group and WhatsApp chat to connect, share progress, and stay motivated.
